What is the Artist’s Playbook?

The Artist’s Playbook is a journey. It is a journey that many have begun and a journey that many are yet to embark on.

It is a journey to find the artist within; to sustain ourselves through our passion for the arts.

How can we be successful creative entrepreneurs and create abundance as artists?

The Artist’s Playbook is about healing and sustaining self through creativity.

It is also about creativity for change and using art to inspire change in the world.

The Artist’s Playbook is for the artist whose passion first and foremost is to create.

Secondly, it is for the artist that wants to create for a living, to earn an income from something that has been created with your own hands.

And thirdly, it is for those who aspire to use their art and creativity to make a difference in the world.

The Artist's Playbook

This page is me Jo, sharing my journey as an artist for the past 20 years (10 years as a full time self-employed artist) in the hope that this may be of benefit to other artists who aspire to live as full time artists.

It is a personal journey but the hope is that there will be something here that resonates with you.

The Artist’s Playbook is a community of artists, passionate about creating art for a living and for life!

Why The Artist’s Playbook?

Because creating art and being creative should be fun. For me it is about reconnecting with our inner child again – that part of us that has always known how to create. As a child I loved to create but somewhere along the way I lost that passion for art. But then I found it again and 20 years later here I am.

I am also a creative entrepreneur who has walked the path of being an artist in business – business should be fun too – and hence The Artist’s Playbook.

The Artist’s Playbook is also a brand – a way of life, a way to move forward, creating abundance as an artist, doing what you love.

What is your story? I would love to hear about your story as an artist. Please leave me a message below or via the contact form on this page. I would love to hear from you.

With love and gratitude,

Jo 🙂
